Welcome to our 2025-26 season, where humor, heart and mystery ignite the stage. We’ll kick things off with a madcap twist on a legendary tale, before diving into the warmth – and well-intentioned scheming – of family. Next, a personal journey unfolds in a moving solo play about the ghosts of our past. Twists and turns abound in a razor-sharp thriller, while a cutting-edge play explores AI, memory and the limits of human connection. Finally, we close the season with a darkly funny and wildly inventive musical. This season, join us for bold, imaginative theater that will make you laugh, gasp, and have the best conversations on the ride home. Subscribe now and get dibs on the best seats!
The Cake
In Bekah Brunstetter’s touching dramatic comedy The Cake, Della and her North Carolina bakery are renowned for creating the most delicious, beautiful cakes. So it’s no surprise that when the girl she helped raise returns to the South, she asks Della to make her wedding cake. The surprise? There are two brides. Now, even as Della’s life is complicated by the unexpected chance to be on a reality baking show, she questions her beliefs and her marriage – and the true meaning of family, faith and frosting. Runs May 15-June 8.
